سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
الاسترجاع:
الاسترجاع متاح فقط أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن وفي وقت المعاينة.
من حقك تفحص المنتج كويس قبل الاستلام، وفي حالة إنه غير مناسب أو مختلف عن طلبك تقدر ترفضه فورًا.
بعد استلام الأوردر ومغادرة المندوب، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع نهائيًا تحت أي ظرف.
في حالة الرفض أثناء المعاينة، يتم دفع 85 جنيه فقط مصاريف شحن.
الاستبدال:
معاك 48 ساعة بعد استلام التيشيرت لطلب الاستبدال، بشرط يرجع في نفس حالته الأصلية.
ياريت تساعدنا وتأكد المقاس من مسدح التأكيد اللي بتجيلك علي الواتساب لأن تكلفة الاستبدال عالية علينا.
وتقدر تبدل لأي برودكت تاني يناسبك في حالة حدوث كل الاجرائات المذكورة
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
Returns are only available while the shipping courier is present and during the inspection time. You have the right to carefully inspect the product before receiving it, and if it is not suitable or different from your order, you may refuse it immediately. After the order is received and the courier leaves, returns are not allowed under any circumstances. In case of refusal during inspection, an 85 EGP shipping fee will be charged.
Replacing:
You have 48 hours after receiving the T-shirt to request an exchange, provided that it is returned in its original condition. Please help us by confirming the size from the confirmation message sent to you on WhatsApp, as the exchange cost is high for us. You can also exchange it for any other product that suits you, as long as all the mentioned procedures are followed.
